General provisions

• Delivery hours:
  Monday - Friday 10:00 – 21:00.
  Saturday - Sunday13:00 – 19:00.
• Urgent delivery (late/early or at a specific hour) is calculated individually through delivery services.
• Orders are shipped within 2 business days
• The fitting time is no more than 20 minutes. Each subsequent 10 minutes is paid additionally in the amount of 50 rubles.
• In case of untimely refusal or postponement of the delivery date and time, an additional amount of 500 rubles is added to the cost of the order.

Delivery in Moscow and the Moscow region

• By courier within the Moscow Ring Road without fitting - 500 rubles.
• By courier within the Moscow Ring Road with fitting – 600 rubles.
• By courier outside the Moscow Ring Road – 800 rubles.
• To the nearest pick-up point - from 400 rubles.

Delivery throughout Russia and the CIS

• Delivery by SDEK service - calculated individually
• Delivery by EMS - calculated individually

Worldwide delivery

• Delivery by EMS – from RUB 3,000.
• Delivery by another service - calculated individually

Conditions for returning goods

In accordance with Article 26.1 of the Law “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, as well as clause 21 of the Rules for the sale of goods by remote means, approved. By Government Decree No. 612 of September 27, 2007, the consumer has the right to refuse the product at any time before its transfer, and after the transfer of the product - within seven days.

The return is carried out by the Buyer personally in Moscow or by courier - in Moscow, St. Petersburg and the regions (in this case, the Buyer pays for courier delivery to the courier in cash at the time of picking up the goods for return).
