Terms of returning goods
In accordance with Article 26.1 of the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, as well as clause 21 of the Rules for the sale of goods remotely, approved. By Government Decree No. 612 of September 27, 2007, the consumer has the right to refuse the product at any time before its delivery, and after the delivery of the product - within seven days.
The return is carried out by the Buyer personally in Moscow or by courier - in Moscow, St. Petersburg and the regions (in this case, the Buyer pays for courier delivery to the courier in cash at the time of picking up the goods for return).
